Hear from our Heroes: Team of the Year

X-PERT Health was thrilled to hear that we were the winner of Audit Hero Awards “Team of the Year” category. This was for demonstrating high levels of patient engagement and co-design as well as evidence-based systemic change leading to sustained improvement.

We develop, implement and audit the impact of structured education for the prevention and management of obesity and diabetes and it was truly wonderful to receive recognition for the hard work that the team does to positively impact on the health and wellbeing of people’s lives.
