After 10 years in post, our current CEO, Jane Ingham, is retiring. Can you help HQIP to find its next CEO or are you the perfect candidate? We are looking for an outstanding, progressive and values-based leader, with extensive knowledge and experience of healthcare quality improvement, to lead us in our mission to support evidence-based improvements in patient outcomes. Following our successful contract to commission the National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (NCAPOP) from 1 April 2023, so the timing is right for a candidate looking for a new challenge.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will be responsible for all strategic management and administration of HQIP. You will provide strong leadership for the Executive team, and be effective in developing and managing the charity to deliver its objectives.
With a collaborative management style, you will be experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks. You will have experience of charity governance and a proven track record in healthcare improvement, including audit.
This is an exciting time to join our organisation and grow it to the next level through business development, supporting existing programmes and building partnerships.
