NHS England urges clinical audit suppliers to complete 2016/17 Quality Accounts survey

NHS England requires the providers of National Clinical Audit (NCA) and Clinical Outcome Review Programmes to complete the following short survey by 5pm on Wednesday 2 December  2015 in order that they can be considered for inclusion in the 2016/17 Quality Accounts List.

Each January HQIP publishes the Quality Accounts List on behalf of NHS England. Inclusion in the Quality Accounts List will maximise the participation from healthcare providers in your project. It is therefore recommended that you complete this survey by 5pm on Wednesday 2 December  2015, if you wish for your project to be considered for inclusion in the 2016/17 Quality Accounts list.

The online survey should take no more than ten minutes to complete. If you do not complete this survey, your project will not be considered for inclusion on the NHS England 2016/17 Quality Accounts List.
