The Maternal, Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review Programme, which is delivered by MBRRACE-UK, has published a report on the lessons learned to inform maternity care from the UK and Ireland Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Deaths from infection, neurological, haematological, respiratory, endocrine, gastrointestinal and general surgical causes 2019-21.
