The Maternal, Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review Programme, which is delivered by MBRRACE-UK, has published a report on the lessons learned to inform maternity care from the UK and Ireland Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Deaths from haemorrhage, amniotic fluid embolism and anaesthetic causes 2019-21 and morbidity following repeat caesarean birth.
