National Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Audit Programme: Primary care report for England 2014–15

The National COPD Audit sets out a programme of work that aims to drive improvements in the quality of care and services provided for patients with COPD in England and Wales. For the first time in respiratory audit, the programme is looking at COPD care across the patient pathway, both in and out of hospital, bringing together key elements from the primary, secondary and community care sectors.
