To share and learn about success to date as well as hear from experts about communicating for
improvement

Seminar objectives

1. To celebrate the hard work that all providers do across NCAPOP
2. Share and learn about successes and challenges across NCAPOP in terms of communicating for
   improvement
3. Understand how to present data about patient outcomes
4. Understand the importance of writing clear, active recommendations so that the audience:
   a) know what to do
   b) are more likely to put the recommendations into practice
